Dan brings 20 years of venture capital and technology startup experience to BALANCED. Dan has a track record of collaborating with technology entrepreneurs to develop and execute winning financial strategies. Dan also has a proven ability to creatively solve problems across organizations, combining attention to detail with an optimistic outlook to consistently achieve positive outcomes.

Dan is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s financial and accounting operations and takes an active leadership role in strategy development and execution, fundraising, and business development, as well as customer and partner deal-making.

Prior to BALANCED, Dan was CFO of Kodiak Networks, Inc. (acquired by Motorola Solutions, Inc.), an enterprise software startup he navigated from concept to successful exit. Prior to Kodiak, Dan held other senior financial management positions at a variety of technology-focused companies, including inOvate Communication Group and Investment Technology Group. Dan began his career at KPMG, where he served the world’s premier financial institutions while working in the firm’s New York, Taipei, and Frankfurt offices.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance, from Binghamton University.
