Don has worked with management teams to take a major privately held company public which was backed by Bain Capital Corporation. He is experienced in the development of primary brand labeling, core customer identification, marketing programs and developing new business strategies in the consumer market place.

Don’s roles have included being a lead investigator for mergers and acquisitions, company rebranding efforts, heading up corporate field sales and operations groups as well as corporate strategies.

He has held contract executive roles as Chief Operations Officer for corporate turn arounds and liquidations, held corporate positions as a Senior Vice President and Vice President in numerous companies with sales volumes ranging from 250 million to over 40 billion in sales, operating in multinational markets.
