Dr. Gayle is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist trained in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery and is active in medical research. He earned a BS in Zoology from Louisiana State University (Phi Beta Kappa) and his Doctor of Medicine from LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport (Alpha Omega Alpha), completing residency training in 1992 with the Edward J. Crawford Outstanding House Officer Award. Alongside a full-time practice, he serves as clinical faculty for LSU Health Sciences Center and four additional medical and nursing colleges. His business interests include founding and co-owning Advanced Laser Clinics of Shreveport Medical Aesthetics and serving as founding member and managing partner of HealthAttainment, LLC and Imagine Dat Studios, LLC. At BALANCED, Dr. Gayle leads creative and medical/anatomical research for THE 8 CELL and has co-authored three works of fiction.
